Coaching for Disordered Eating & Body Image

If you’re struggling with your relationship with food, body image, or eating behaviors, you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

 

As a certified professional life coach, I provide space for us to work together to create practical strategies for change.

​

While I am not a therapist and do not diagnose or treat eating disorders, I look to help clients who experience some of the following:

​

  • Are in recovery from an eating disorder and need additional support outside clinical care

  • Experience emotional or binge eating

  • Struggle with negative body image or chronic dieting

  • Want to improve their relationship with food, exercise and eating behaviors

​

My coaching approach is rooted in personal experience and draws on my practice as a yoga instructor and connection to recovery programs.
